Lojong’s graphics are designed to promote relaxation. In fact, all of the menus are different shades of pastel so that every section is easy on the eyes. After creating an account, you simply have to discover all of the meditation practices available that will help to ease your mind.
The lower menu provides you with access to all of the options that you’ll find useful. Specifically, you can access all of the available meditation practices from the first tab. You just have to click on them to start playing the content and with that, begin your therapy. On top of that, you can always pause the exercise or continue with it when you’re able to.
With Lojong you’ll also have access to your profile to view a record of the activities you’ve completed. This way it’s easy to check in on your progress and while you’re at it get a glimpse of how anxiety and depression dissipate from your mind as time goes by.
